26 Fitness Personal Training Studio is a private studio for personal training sessions only so you can train with confidence along with no distractions.

No joining fees

No fixed monthly subscriptions

Simply pay for your sessions.

You can train on your own (one to one ) or with a friend (one to two buddy sessions).

Session Duration

There are two types of session duration’s, 30 or 60 minutes.

Session blocks

Personal training sessions are sold in singles or blocks of 4. 8 or 12 with a concept of the bigger the block the more you save per session.

Buddy sessions are more cost effective as well as each session is a shared cost so its less per person.

All sessions are pre booked with clients having the option of fixed time slots (if available) or flexible slots to fit around your schedule along with a reminder session text the day before.
